Colour: Orange coat, with black rosettes on it back/sides and uderside.

Lifespan: 12 to 21 years

Sexing: Dimorphic, the male is larger than the female.

Distribution: Mexico through central South America to northern Argentina & Paraguay.

Habitat: Perfers dense rainforest but also found in other forestested areas and open terrain.

Threats: Near threatened in wild
